Before Appointment

Kindly make a prior appointment.
Please make sure you or any of your family members is not having any symptoms of COVID-19, e.g. fever, cold, cough, chills, rigour, body ache, headache, loss of smell & taste, loose motion.
Please make sure none of your family members come in contact with any COVID-19 affected patients.
Only one parent is allowed inside the clinic with the child.
Grandparents & younger siblings are strictly not allowed to accompany in view of health hazards to them.
Please prepare your child well prior to visiting the clinic, mainly with respect to the dentist’s attire (PPE ).

Please make sure you and your kid are covered with full clothes, face mask.
At the time of entrance, cooperate with clinic staff to measure your body temperature and oxygen saturation.
Once entered the clinic, kindly follow hand hygiene protocol.
Wear the protective items provided to you and make your child wear the same.
Considering the situation, we are sorry to inform you that access to the play area, the library will be limited.
Don’t forget to fill the consent form prior to entering the operatory.
Please follow all chairside instructions, including mouth rinsing for your child provided by staff to reduce contamination and infection.

Once treatment is over, make sure to put the face mask back on your child.
Avoid touching any surfaces/furniture.
All your treatment & follow up related documents will be provided to you either through email/WhatsApp in order to maintain paperless operation.
All your payments, for the time being, will be preferred cashless. Kindly cooperate for the same.
In case you were given disposable personal protection items like head-cap, gloves, shoe cover etc., please dispose them at the mentioned dustbin.
Perform hand hygiene for yourself and your child before leaving the clinic.
Please don’t hesitate to inform us if your child or any of your family members develop COVID-19 signs within two weeks of the visit to the clinic. As we have to take due action and perform contact tracing according to govt. Guidelines.
